ABSTRACT
In this study, an attempt was to determine the acceptability or otherwise of locally manufactured cosmetics in Enugu Urban.
In chapter one of this project is the introduction which contains the back of the study, here Nigeria based so much on foreign made cosmetics before locally made was encouraged.
In chapter two, the literature review, I discussed the meaning and nature of cosmetics, the origin of the subject area, the school of thought with the subject area, the school of thought relevant the problem of the study and different method of studying the problem.
In chapter three of this project I discussed the topic in data presentation, data analysis, recommendation and finally conclusion some of the reasons for accepting the locally made product are its availability, economical. Some of the reason for choosing foreign made cosmetics are it is reliable and it smoothes the skin etc.
